I accidently 1 shotted my friend while helping him to kill a cricket without criminal acts turned on.  I don't recall how this worked in HnH, but I thought you had to turn on criminal acts to initiate actual combat with somebody.

Forgot to mention, I had the Rights of the Englishman skill, and have not been able to test it on a character without that skill yet.

That was indeed the case in Haven, but not in Salem, and that is working as intended. :)
