As posted on https://forum.salemthegame.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=6536&p=79579#p79579, the simple fences splash onto plank fences in at least this setting:

x off player claim
x on town claim
x simple fence in extension of plank fence, and directly touching.

What I tested, which did not result in splash from simple fence onto plank fence:
same location, simple fence in extension of plank fence, but one empty space between them.

The topic linked above has several other suggested bugs, but as this one is the only one with video proof, I only report this one here :)
